Larry brings over 47 years of experience to his role as Outboard Shop Manager, having dedicated his life to the boating industry. His journey began at just 11 years old, working nights and weekends at a boat dealership in New Jersey. By 17, he had already earned his OMC Master Tech certification, and his expertise has only grown since then. As a Yamaha Outboard Master Tech, Larry has attended 97 different factory training classes, making him one of the most knowledgeable professionals in his field. His dedication to learning and staying up to date with the latest advancements in marine technology ensures that customers receive top-notch service.

Larry’s passion for boating extends beyond his career. He grew up fishing and has caught every type of billfish in the Atlantic Ocean. A true outdoorsman, he enjoys ice fishing on frozen lakes and spending his free time four-wheeling or adding to his extensive tattoo collection—having spent over 350 hours in the chair and still counting. His love for the water has also led to some incredible experiences, including servicing and repairing boats for celebrities such as Ted Williams, Boog Powell, Angus Young, Paul Newman, and Bob Seger.

When it comes to customer service, Larry believes communication is key. His goal is always to exceed expectations, ensuring that every boat he works on runs smoothly and reliably. One of his greatest satisfactions comes from hearing customers share how well their boats perform after repairs. His advice to boat owners is simple yet crucial: proper maintenance is the key to long-term, trouble-free boating.
